My view:
Kim Jong-un might want to rethink his arrogant rhetoric if he values his lofty position.
His latest threats have provoked not only South Korea and the USA, but the Russian bear as well.
It appears that the hermit state is playing a game of nuclear chicken with the rest of the world.
