Royal Bank of Scotland - parabolic decline - on its way toward 2008 lows.

Note that we have not shown any of the Italian banks that are in even worse shape than the four large European banks.

Now we know why gold keeps rising.

It has no counterparty risk.

It is not infected by banking contagion.

These banks will be recapitalized at some point in the not too distance future, likely with a bail-in because if one goes down, they all go down.

And as we saw in Cyprus, this could provide substantial discomfort for larger deposit holders.
